Customer Service

Our Customer Service course offers great opportunities for students by proving the skills and knowledge needed to work in the customer service industry. Student will learn the fundamentals of customer service through in-class instruction and mock training sessions. Upon completion, each student will become certified with the American Hotel and Lodging Institute. Our customer service program enables students to learn and experience what the customer service industry truly is and allows them to branch out and discover new opportunities.
